Product Orders:
- All Product orders are non-refundable.
- Product order lead times may vary due to
circumstances beyond our control and are given only as an estimate of
arrival time.
Warranty Conditions:
- Any claims relating to chips, dents, tears,
scratches, or any other kind of physical damage must be reported to
Actionwood no later the close of business by the second day following
delivery. Any claims of damage after that time will be rectified on a
charge-basis only.
- Any item sold as a “floor sample” is sold without
warranty and without promise of any service work. All floor sample sales
are made “as is” final sale with no refunds.
- Be sure to read all manufacturer owner manuals
and accompanying paperwork.
